Grace Missen


A compassionate and dedicated Associate Lawyer, Grace focuses on employment, estate, and civil litigation matters. She takes a client-centered approach, ensuring individuals understand their options and feel empowered throughout the legal process. Whether representing clients before trials or tribunals or offering strategic advice, Grace advocates with professionalism and care. She believes that legal representation is about amplifying her clients’ voices—providing guidance and expertise while respecting their decisions. As an advocate, she ensures they remain in control of the outcome they seek.

Grace’s legal career began in labour and employment law in Toronto, where she gained experience in elder law and worked with vulnerable populations through pro bono efforts. A standout in her academic career, she earned the top mark in her wills and estates course at Queen’s University, further refining her expertise. At Kinch Eddie Litigation, Grace values the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters while maintaining a personalized approach.

Originally from Cobourg now living in Brighton, Grace is happy to once again be a part of a close-knit community where she can make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys running, puzzles, gardening, and spending time with her small black cat, family, and friends.
